The nail-tech are amazing truly. Good work and prices and very kind. The owner/ front desk lady is insanely rude. Had an appointment for 1, wasn’t seen till 2 because she claimed we didn’t schedule nails but instead a pedicure. She wasn’t even the person we called. After calling us liars and saying we messed up for her mistake, tried to tell us to leave 3 times before the very kind nail artist worked out a way for us to be seen. Scheduling means nothing to the owners and wait times are insanely long even with appointment. This is our third time and every single time she claimed we messed up the schedule. Don’t expect short wait times or scheduling to mean much.
I'm trying to grow out my nails and asked the nail tech to soak and remove the gel I previously had on. She suggested my nails would be too brittle so I should thin down the current fill and let them grow out without fully removing the gel. I agree that was fine. She asked me if I would like them more squared (they were previously oval) and i said more squared was fine. She started and never stopped to asked if the length or shape she was doing was ok I paid over $40 (without tip) for them to use the drill to file them down and her to paint a few coats of color on. Am I asking to much by being disappointed with the finished project as well as the price I paid for what they did?
